Today, I am getting the chance to speak to Royal Caribbean Cruises longest serving Hotel Director, Robert.
The Hotel Director onboard a cruise ship looks after everything hotel-related from housekeeping and food & beverage to activities ran onboard and making sure passengers are enjoying their cruise. This means the Hotel Director is one of the highest-ranking positions on a cruise ship which comes with a lot of responsibility.
