Let's learn all about this fabulous pattern so you can sew a dress that you'll wear over and over again. This video shares all the details about McCall's 7970, a loose fitting, pullover dress with four different design options to choose.

Basic sewing skills required. Do not attempt sewing this dress as a first project. If sewing Views C and D, prepare to be patient because it's very time consuming assembling all the ruffles.
