Upgraded DEVEL 16 Destroys Cops in GTA 5 RP

Its been a while since I have last used the LEGENDARY Devel 16. So it was only right I did some major upgrades and improvements to the Devel16. We had multiple secret powers that the cops where not ready for! Like a unstoppable force field where they can't even hurt the Devel 16.
