The rise of generative AI presents both challenges and opportunities for libraries of all types. How can we build the skills, policies, and resources needed to thrive? How do we engage with artificial intelligence without sacrificing library values? The answer lies in collaboration—working together to shape a shared future. In this session, we’ll look at what that collaboration can actually involve, from co-developing staff training to building shared toolkits, and aligning on AI ethics.
