I actually filmed this on the Winter Solstice and planned to use it during my 'vlogmas'. It didn't end up quite making it out though. I initially wanted to just use the sounds of the Ythan instead of music, but the fairly frequent helicopters heading out to the rigs or turbines (I'm guessing!), put a stop to that idea!
I'll be putting fewer videos out this year but I'll try and keep to a regular monthly schedule. I've been finding that most of my hobby-time is taken up filming and editing for this channel, which has been fun, but I miss having more time to spend on my other hobbies. Just hoping for a bit more balance! It's also just been really nice with moving out of the city to just winter indoors with the fireplace roaring and to spend time decorating, doing DIY and crafting for our new space.
