Monday night junior grid league race at Teamsport Bristol.
Finished 2nd with a time of 38.462.
We had to do a pitstop and beat a marshal at rock, paper, scissors before we could continue the race and it took me 4 tries to beat him. By the time everyone had done their pitstops I was about 7th and then went on a comeback drive to get back through the field. I had caught up to Sophia who was in p4 and I went for a move but made contact with kart in front of Sophia and then my kart cut out they then told me to pull in behind Sophia for the restart. We then did the restart and I got past Sophia. I then tried to work together with next driver but I could tell that I was much quicker and then went for a very late/optimistic dive on him and then I had to catch up to the next driver and went for a move but the door closed very quickly and I kept my foot in even though I should've backed out of it. I then had to catch back up to the driver which I did and then did a dive on her. I then finished in that place.
