Dead Thrax/Odette project 2

THIS IS NOT RELATED TO MY SERIES.
You may recognize this from my sneak peek. I know, I'm a complete ass for letting this die. D: Oh, and this was inspired by Persona100Duh's fanfic of Thrax/Odette.

PLOT: Odette finds herself in a strange place. She hears distant humming, and decides to follow; which brings her to a frightening creature that starts singing to her. "I get a fever that's so hard to bear, you give me fever..."
She backed away from him, but he only smiled and greeted, "Hi, baby!"
Darkness.
She opened her eyes to find herself in the arms of Prince Derek. She didn't know him very well, but she felt safe. He told her that he found her dead.
Now that Odette was alive, and grateful that Derek found her; she tried to develop a closer friendship with the Prince. However, he often neglected her.
Odette's father tries to force her to give him another chance but she refuses. Then he used physical force.
Derek assumed that Odette came to him on her own accord and was delighted to announce their marriage. All were happy except Odette.
That night, Odette had a dream about that creature. Although, it seemed all too real...He was singing to her again and surrounding her with fire. (I love how it looks like he's singing "Sleep", but that was totally an accident. xD) Fed up, Odette told him that she didn't want to see him anymore. He isn't pleased and decides to frighten her with his claw.
The princess snapped awake from her nightmare and cries out her fear, and dread. For it was the morning of her wedding.
She couldn't be more unhappy as she cried in the castle garden. The creature appears to her, surprisingly, and she shouts, "No! Wake up, wake up!"
"You're not dreaming this time, baby," the male replied.
Odette was uncertain.
"Did you miss me?" he questioned.
"I, uh, I..." she stuttered.
"Don't worry yourself, this time you're coming with me!" he announced. The female gasped in fear, and then Derek decides to grace them with his presence.
"Fever all through the night..." the 'demon' sang. Odette noticed a devious look in his eyes and begged him not to hurt Derek.
Her pleas fell on deaf ears.
While the creature was busy killing Derek, Odette realized she couldn't care less and sneaks away.

She leaves the palace, briefly apologizing for Uberta's loss. A month later, Prince Proteus from across the sea pays her kingdom a visit. She is quite taken by him immediately, and the feeling is mutual.
Well, because it's the creature in disguise.

WAAAAHHHHAAAAA. Yeah, I'm stuck. ;P
