St Andrew Christmas Novena (Nov. 30 - Dec. 24)

The "St. Andrew Christmas Novena" (prayer text below) is a beloved devotion that begins on November 30th, the feast of St. Andrew the Apostle, and continues daily through Christmas Eve. The novena prayer is recited fifteen times each day for twenty-five consecutive days, in preparation for the celebration of Christ's birth.

St. Andrew Christmas Novena Prayer (pray 15 times)
Hail and blessed be the hour and moment in which the Son of God was born of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in the piercing cold. In that hour vouchsafe, I beseech Thee, O my God, to hear my prayer and grant my desires through the merits of Our Savior Jesus Christ, and of His blessed Mother.
