Onan B43,B48 and P-Series Engines Cheap, Easy, Leak Down Test for your Valves

I am the Hemlock Case Guy. I have become highly skilled in these, the greatest garden tractors ever to be made. With that, there is special knowledge needed to keep them operating as intended.

This test is called a leak-down test and if you have the right equipment it is very valuable to check the condition or wear status of your engine. This video can only test the valves. But the 3rd test is a compression tester to test the rings and cylinder wall condition. Instead of buying a leak-down tester for an Onan, we can just use some water.

I am NOT a dealer, I buy parts and pay sales tax when I need them. That means I am a parts buyer because most of my tractor time is solving the tractor puzzle of other people's tractors. I am not the person with nor do I know a person or person that has every hard to find implement there is. I can tell you that YOU must be diligent in searching, must be willing to drive long distances, and must not trust many sellers. Be very willing to buy a package with way more than you need to get what you want. Then you can be the guy with good stuff for sale when you sell what you have no use for.
