This is why bigger doesn’t always mean stronger, because when these bodybuilders challenged a construction worker, things took a brutal turn.
They started the challenge by shoulder pressing a single cement bag, and since the bodybuilders were used to these kinds of moves, they pulled it off with ease.
But when the construction worker gave it a try, he made them look like they were struggling.

Then came the real test: lifting four cement bags at once and holding them for a few seconds.
The first bodybuilder failed to even lift three — let alone four.
The second one managed to lift all four, but holding them was way too much for him.

Finally, it was the construction worker’s turn.
And that’s when he made them realize why bigger doesn’t always mean stronger.
