In this video I am demonstrating how to quickly make a cup of RAF Coffee with the New Gaggia Classic espresso machine.
Ingredients:
Fresh ground coffee (Single or double espresso)
Cream 10-15% (150ml)
Vanilla syrup (20ml) or vanilla sugar (5g)
1. Make espresso
2. Add cream and vanilla syrup (or vanilla sugar)
3. Froth this combination with an espresso machine
Machine: Gaggia New Classic RI9480/11.
Grinder: GRAEF CM 802 grinder.
Coffee: Brasil Mogiana.
Other: Stock pressure, cappuccino cups.
