Hey guys, welcome to DAY 7 of the Summer Shred Challenge. We have a 20 min INTENSE CARDIO & ABS HIIT WORKOUT today, warm up included ❤ 🔥
Join me for this intense 20 minute cardio and abs workout! This workout is all about keeping the intensity high while toning the ab muscles! This workout is great for burning calories while getting those ab lines! We are shredding the fat today with this mixture of abs and cardio exercises! 20 min is all you need. Do this workout at home, no equipment needed.

The structure for this workout:
20 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
x2 SETS
15s rest between sets
