The basalt pyramidion is the capstone of the pyramid 𓍋𓅓𓂋𓉴 “mr” of Amenemhat III (𓇋𓏠𓈖𓅓𓄂𓏏) “imn-m-hA.t” ‘Amun is Foremost’, a pharaonic ruler from yhe 12th dynasty (ca. 1860-1814 BC).

The pyramidion is a small pyramidal-shaped stone representing the benben 𓃀𓈖𓃀𓈖𓉴𓊌 or the primordial 𓅮𓄿𓏲𓏏𓏖 mountain 𓈉, the first to emerge from the ocean at the creation of the world by the god Atum 𓏏𓍃𓀭.

It´s decorated with a solar disc flanked by two cobras 𓇴𓇴 with outspread wings. The two eyes 𓁻𓁻 are to see the 𓄤𓄤𓄤 Neferu “nfrw”, the beauty of god Ra 𓇳, as inscribed there in sunken relief. The pyramidion is from Hawar, now located at the Cairo Museum, Egypt
