Mold 16cm or rice cooker
Ingredients
Black rice flour 90g
Glutinous rice flour 30g
Egg 2
Corn oil 15g
Milk 90g
Lemon juice some
Sugar 40g

The first recipe is the main one I want to share, as for the second and third I combined them while I make, I give individual recipe which easier to look without calculator .The third one added extra oil and milk make the cake taste thicker and richer, mhmm, it's also heavier lol.
Tips
1、Try to ground the black rice into very thin flour.
2、Each egg is about 65g, if it's too small pls use 3.
3、If you can't find glutinous rice flour pls just use black rice flour substitute
4、Make sure the water is boiled before steam the cake.
5、Let cake rest with the
lid on for 5 mins before open.

黑米粉90g
糯米粉30g
鸡蛋2个
玉米油15g
纯牛奶90g
柠檬汁几滴
细砂糖40g
食谱2 (面糊最干,放入电饭锅内胆蒸的,口感最轻盈)

食谱3(加了额外油和奶,口感厚重)

第一个食谱是最想跟大家分享的,口感很软糯香甜,如果不是很喜欢糯的口感可以用等量黑米粉代替糯米粉,或者少量糯米粉(少的部分用等量黑米粉补缺)。第二个和第三个是一起做的,但是食谱分开给这样便于大家一目了然,可以根据个人喜好来选择配方。
小贴士
1、尽可能把黑米磨得越碎越好,如果有现成的更好。
2、鸡蛋带蛋壳单个称65g左右,如果太小就用三个蛋。
3、确保在蒸之前水已经烧开。
4、蒸好之后一定要焖5分钟才可以揭盖。
5、如果用电饭锅记得在内胆上刷一层油以便脱模。
