Shigmotsav is an annual spring festival celebrated in Goa, filled with vibrant parades, lively music, traditional dances, and a deep sense of community. One such unforgettable moment came during the Khandepar Shigmotsav Samiti’s high-energy performance at Mapusa Shigmotsav 2025, held at 2:30 AM.

Despite their late arrival, which meant they were not eligible for competition, the performers refused to let that affect their spirit. They did not even have time to set up properly, so they began their performance without wearing the traditional pheto (a colorful headgear worn during Goan cultural performances, typically made of cloth and adorned with decorative elements).Despite this, they poured their hearts into the performance, giving it their all. Fully aware that they wouldn't be winning a prize, their dedication and enthusiasm were evident in every movement, embodying the true essence of Shigmotsav – a celebration not just of tradition, but of passion and unity.

The crowd, as can be seen was mesmerized by their energy, cheered loudly, appreciating the sheer effort and love they put into their performance. It was a powerful reminder that Shigmotsav is about more than just competing – it's about celebrating culture, community, and the joy of being together.
