Fast Skin Fix: 5 Minute Skin Retouching Workflow

My entire career as a retoucher is based off crafting images by hand and spending sometimes hours to get ultimate perfection. What if instead of an hour, I had just 5 minutes to retouch skin that is hard to fix? Is there a workflow that could help get people close enough? That is the reality for many photographers, retouching is expensive and not everyone has the time to do it or the time to learn.
