The Pralines are inserted mechanically by rotating sliders. Each slider is equipped with tension springs to prevent damage. In case of an overload during the insertion process, the sliders are unlocked and the machine stops automatically.

In case of an insertion error, the upper guide rail, which guides the cartons at the top, is automatically raised by pneumatic cylinders to remove the product. The upper guide is equipped with pins for all selected formats to ensure quick changeover.

The folding cartons are removed from the magazine by rotating vacuum suckers and placed in the correct position in the cartoner's drag chain. Before insertion, the flaps on the opposite side are closed. After the product is inserted, the inner and upper flaps are closed with hot glue.

Finally, the upper flaps are pressed and the carton leaves the machine after a short drying section.
If an open flap is detected, the open cartons are ejected by the carton ejection and discharge unit.
