Started Playing when I was younger not competitively, but during LockDown bought the Shaddoll Structure Deck using some money from some sold singles on Amazon , as I thought they would work well with some Magician Girls I had also purchased.I enjoyed the Shaddolls more so I bought 2 more structures and got around 4 cards of singles before going to my first Locals. I also sent myself a budget of £84 a year(True Budget). Luckily, as time had passed , there was one not too far.

That was around August 2021 I would say, after LockDown had eased. It was fun, still remember the first 3 locals decks I played against; Pendulmn Magicians(Got Zarced), Photons & Warrior Link. My Shaddoll deck has changed quite a bit since then, to combat the changes. From Trap Shaddolls with trick clown, dinomischus, torrential tribute and borrelsword, to Shaddolls Branded in Tears. It became clear , that with time , traps wouldn’t be viable. Branded Opening protects from torrential, chimera can pop 2 during endphase and destiny hero destroyer combined with Griphin from adventure and some scythe lock, verte fibre bs made it abundantly clear(though I did some nice sinister shadow games sending ariel to baniah celestial, destroyer and dasher :).

Currently as I’m writing, tearlament are at full power and are TEAR 0, my first time witnessing one first hand. I went to a locals recently and a tears guy got paired against a literal anti tier deck so that was fun, came 3rd, lost to tear, but I misplayed due to fumbling. Kashtri-la will be here soon, honestly hate runick and Kastrila , just ruin the game, like I know I have Winda so I’m a hypocrite , but honestly can we just say Winda to 1 and Runick get all their cards to 1 lol.

Got into watching some Yu-Gi-Oh content creators also from my re-ignited passion which was fun, always amazes me how many channels are chucked away on YT.
