Our journey begins at the charming village of Paton, where we set foot on the trail with hearts filled with anticipation. As we trudge forward, the majestic beauty of the surrounding mountains embraces us, urging us to continue our quest for the hidden gem that is the Ralam Glacier.

On this particular day, we find ourselves captivated by the allure of a picturesque riverbank, and we decide to set up our camp in its tranquil embrace. The soothing sound of the flowing water becomes our companion as we prepare for another night amidst nature's embrace.

But the true essence of this day lies in the path we tread. As we advance, we encounter challenging terrain that demands our utmost determination and perseverance. Each step reveals new obstacles to overcome, but the incredible vistas that unfold before our eyes make every struggle worthwhile. The rugged beauty of the trail, adorned with vibrant flora and awe-inspiring rock formations, keeps us in awe of nature's grandeur.

Every twist and turn gifts us with breathtaking panoramic views, painting a vivid picture of untouched wilderness. The mighty mountains stand tall, guardians of the hidden treasures nestled within the Ralam Glacier. We're humbled by their presence and grateful for the opportunity to witness their majesty up close.

#Ralam Glacier is the most beautiful but unseen #glacier situated in the #pithoragarh District of #uttrakhand . This Glacier range is still unexplored because of it’s challenging trail & difficult Climb. This glacier is located at an altitude of 3500 to 4000m.
You can enjoy some scenic views of snow capped mountains like Sutela Peak, #chaudhara, #hansling & Chiring we from this glacier range. The total distance of Ralam Glacier is around 40-45 kms from trekking point (Lilam). This glacier is the source of Ralam River (Ralam Gad) and later Ralam River merges into Gori River.
