Cooking oil – ½ cup

Salt – to taste

Red chili powder – 1½ tsp (adjust to taste)

Crushed red chili – 1 tsp (optional)

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
