Well, the plan was to head down to into WI.....but the weather had other plans. Changed plans and headed to a small local lake hoping for some panfish and ended up picking apart a school of Perch. The fish were all over the Pheasant Bugger Jig and Pheasant Rump Baitfish and even though small, the boatside eats were still epic.
The video ends with some thoughts on fly design and matching forage fish...LOCAL forage fish and how to go about figuring out what you might have in your waters. Long story short - Match your forage, not other peoples flies.
