Tennessee State Fair Car Show - Lebanon, Tn - August 2025 - Hot Rods, Classic Cars & Trucks

CAR SHOW - HOT RODS AND CLASSIC CARS - On Sunday, August 17th, we went to the 2025 edition of the Tennessee State Fair held in Lebanon, Tennessee. Of course, the main reason we went was to attend the Car Show held in Fiddlers Grove, a portion of the Wilson County Fairgrounds. There were a lot of cars at Fiddlers Grove, but it seemed to be a little less than previous years. Also, they limited the cars to the field and outer road in Fiddlers Grove, so the cars were not as spread out as previous years. This is probably because one of the main streets the cars used to leave out on was covered by vendors and tents. Not bad, just different.

What is Fiddlers Grove? From the Tennessee State Fair website, the follow is the Mission of the Fiddlers Grove Foundation:

“To preserve the history of the citizens of Wilson County, Tennessee. This will be done by preserving buildings, artifacts, oral and written histories, with a focus on Wilson County’s agricultural life both past and present. We will engage the public through preservation, interpretation, exhibitions, education, publications, and hands on experiences to increase a better understanding of Wilson County, its people, and its way of life.”

Big crowd of folks at the fair on this hot day to see the cars, ride the rides, go to the exhibits, and eat all of the fried food!

COOL OLD CARS, RUSTY OLD JUNK, & ODDBALL ROADSIDE ATTRACTIONS

Howdy Folks! We are Bill & Kristi, and this is our YouTube Channel, @MeanderingAcrossAmerica.

CAR SHOWS - We mainly are MEANDERING to LOCAL and REGIONAL Car Shows several times a month near our home in Crossville, Tennessee from March through October. HOWEVER, we love going to shows all over the U.S.A. If there is a car show nearby, you can bet we will be there and ready to video!

We love ROADSIDE ATTRACTIONS & Road Trips of any type. Just love hitting the road and seeing things. Though it might not be cars or car shows, we do like OLD and we like ODD.

Our love for "old stuff" extends to going to yard sales, nationwide yard sales (127 Yard Sale for example in early August), stopping to look at cool old buildings, and admiring rusty old junk.
