Elina has spent many years engaged in personal healing, working through her childhood trauma with both conventional and body-based therapies. From there, her journey expanded into exploring non-dual teachings and teachers. Yet, even with the support and guidance she received, spirituality often felt like an effort to refine the person into a better version of itself.

In the spring of 2025, after a period marked by loss and change, she encountered David through Hale Dwoskin’s podcast. His message of effortless being and of declining the invitations of the mind stirred a deep sense of peace, clarity, and love within her. It became clear that there was no need to improve or develop the seeker — we are already home. This insight opened her path to fresh simplicity and an ever-deepening sense of ease and peace, which continues to unfold.
