I can tell you for a fact (and from personal experience - on 2 separate occasions) that this is one of the most frustrating experiences one can have in the specialty application process.
I don't want you to experience what I went through, so I made this video.
The points I mentioned may not be completely exhaustive, but these are the commonest reasons for CREST rejection.
