Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes - Easy and Delicious

Easy and delicious air fryer roasted potatoes recipe. Serve it as an easy dinner side dish or have it as a snack.

Ingredients 1:

1kg Potatoes
4 - 5 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil or as required
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 - 1.5 tsp Garlic powder (or less to taste)
0.5 - 1 tsp dried Thyme
0.5 - 1 tsp dried Rosemary

You wouldn't believe how incredibly tasty simple potatoes from the airfryer can be - crispy, flavorful and topped with a creamy cheese crust! This recipe is quick to make, filling and perfect for any time of day. With fresh ingredients and a delicious yogurt-vegetable mixture, simple potatoes become a real favorite dish.

Ingredients 2:
500 g potatoes, thinly sliced
4 eggs
Olive oil, to drizzle
Salt & black pepper, to taste
½ Tomato, diced
½ Bell bell pepper, diced
Spring onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
Salt & pepper, to taste
150 g mozzarella, grated.
