In Dalmatia, a large number of households, especially in Dalmatian Hinterland, have their own olive trees and produce their own homemade olive oil (extra virgin). As we have already mentioned, in Dalmatia time stands still, and human satisfaction is the most important thing in the world. Even in some countries people on the field work fast and hard, that is not the case in Dalmatia. Our days in the field passes with happiness, barbecue and of course the inevitable coffee breaks.
