Welcome to Stericox! In this video our technician is showing you our newly constructed horizontal autoclave machine, which is made for hospital use. The chamber volume approx. 150 liters and dimensions are 500 mm (Dia.) x 750 mm (Length). The chamber is made of 304 stainless steel and mounted on powder coated MS stand.
Boiler is made of stainless steel and there is glass window to see the water level inside. It is advised to see water level before running every sterilization cycle; however, there is low water level cut-off which does not let the machine start until there is enough water level.
In boiler, there are 3 high quality immersion heaters are fitted. To run this horizontal autoclave, 440 volts 3 phase power supply is required.
For easy operation, there is digital temperature controller cum timer. Operator can easily set temperature range and time limit. At the end of sterilization cycle the controller alerts operator with buzzer sound and END displays on screen. With multi-port valve on top, operator can release chamber or chamber and jacket both as required.
