nice tech needle with very cool jumps

lots of cactusing, some 1f stutters
hardest save is probably 17 due to the 11f+1+1 with a precise 1f stutter right after
both 18 and 20 took a lot longer, but I really didn't think properly about the inputs I should be doing for them.
when I did finally think to think about them, neither was particularly problematic, but maybe 20 could still be the second hardest save. or maybe 8, it was also kinda weird.
15 also took longer than 17, and due to it I figured out it's a lot easier for me to do the in-motion onPlatform 1f jumps by starting my movement a frame before I do the natural 1f.
