A charming and heart alluring travel from #Naran to #Hunza is filled with amazement throughout the travel. A 16 hrs journey from Islamabad, half of which passes through the scenic #kaghan valley, a wonder of western Himalayas, having its beauty at peak in Upper kaghan (Jalkhad, Behsal, Lulusar, Gitidas and Babusar top). Kaghan valley is a gateway to the world's highest region and mountains.
This travel lets us have a feeling of intense cold at #babusartop and intense heat at Chillas within a couple of hrs. It happens only in Himalayas and we are lucky to have a larger part of Pakistan in Himalayas.
Dynamics of journey change altogether after Chillas because the hardest part of travel starts after Chillas. Then comes the confluence of three longest mountain ranges of the world, the Himalayas, the Karakorum, the Hindukush plus two rivers join together to make Greater Indus river. The point is named Jaglot. Nanga parbat and rakaposhi can be viewed from this point.
From Jaglot, it hardly takes 40 minutes to Gilgit and further 40 minutes to Nagar valley. Rakaposhi second viewpoint is the best place to stay in Nagar valley. There are many hotels ranging from 3000 to 6000 rupees per night for a room.
