Some Things that May be on a Bio Parent Case Plan, to get Their Child Reunified from Foster Care

Please remember these are only SOME things that can be on a case plan. Not every case will have every item I listed and some cases will have other items I did not list. Case plans are tailored to the individual case. These are just some of the types of things that families may be asked to do for their reunification plan.
