🚴‍♀️ Wienerwald Achter: Sulz im Wienerwald - Heiligenkreuz - Sulz (ca. 34 km, medium)
The “Wienerwald Figure Eight/Loop” starts in Sulz im Wienerwald and combines scenic variety with a touch of history. The route leads over gentle climbs, forest paths, and open meadows through villages like Gruberau, Grub, Siegenfeld, and Gaaden.

A short detour to the nearly 900-year-old Heiligenkreuz Abbey is the cultural highlight of the ride. Its Romanesque-Gothic architecture and detailed Stations of the Cross invite you to pause and explore. You can also enjoy a regional meal at the Abbey’s guesthouse before returning to the loop. The ride finishes back in Sulz, leaving you with a perfect mix of nature, culture, and outdoor activity.
