How to replace the alternator in your 92-96 Ford Truck. This was done in a 1994 F150 4x4. I was having a problem when the truck was cold the headlights and interior lights would rapidly flicker or dim until the truck ran for a while. Also the battery was draining when just sitting in the shop. Pretty sure the voltage regulator was going bad but also discovered that the alternator had a slight squeak to it when turned by hand. I thought it was the tensioner or ilder pulley. I had a lifetime warranty with this alternator and after a lot of phone calls finally got it replaced. Everything seems to be good now!
