This video shows you how to install a new steering rack bellows boot on your 2009-2010 BMW 535 xDrive. The steering rack bellow is a plastic or rubber cover used to protect the joint between the steering rack and the tie rods from dirt, debris, water, and other contaminants that could corrode or damage the tie rod joint.

This repair was done on a 2009 BMW 535i xDrive Base 3.0L AWD and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
