I needed to find the key to the locked door in the building at the bottom of the pipeline catwalk. I needed to figure out how to get access to the dead body, that appeared to be in the silo next to the stairs. These were mysteries that needed to be solved. I met a lone Freedom soldier, and we were attacked by a Burer at the building, where Mytryk Genius was waiting. After all this I returned to the Cement Factory and took the Guide from the Duty base to the Chemical Plant, then changed my mind and took their Guide to Rostok.
