Amrit Udyan, formerly known as the Mughal Gardens, is set to welcome visitors from February 2 to March 30, 2025. Located within the President's Estate in New Delhi, this annual event offers a unique opportunity to explore the lush gardens of Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Visiting Hours and Entry Details:

Timings: Open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Mondays are reserved for maintenance. Please note that the garden will be closed on February 5 (Delhi Legislative Assembly polling), February 20 and 21 (Visitors’ Conference), and March 14 (Holi).

Entry: Visitors can enter and exit through Gate No. 35 of the President’s Estate, near North Avenue. A complimentary shuttle bus service from Central Secretariat Metro Station to Gate No. 35 will operate every 30 minutes between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Special Viewing Days:

The garden has designated specific days for certain groups:

March 26: Differently-abled individuals
March 27: Personnel from defense, paramilitary, and police forces
March 28: Women and tribal women's self-help groups
March 29: Senior citizens

Booking Information:

Admission is free. Visitors can book their slots online at https://visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in/. Walk-in entries are also welcome.

140 varieties of roses
Over 80 other floral species
Tulip arrangements

Visitors can explore areas such as Bal Vatika, the Plumeria-themed Garden, the Bonsai Garden, the Central Lawn, the Long Garden, and the Circular Garden. Detailed information about the displays is accessible via QR codes throughout the garden.

Cultural Event:

From March 6 to 9, 2025, Rashtrapati Bhavan will host the "Vividhta Ka Amrit Mahotsav," celebrating the rich cultural heritage and unique traditions of Southern India.

Visitor Amenities:

Facilities include drinking water stations, restrooms, and first aid services along the visitor route. Permitted items include mobile phones, electronic keys, purses/handbags, water bottles, and milk bottles for infants.
