Watchers on a work order is a great feature to make sure many people can keep track of the progress of a work order. This is different than who is Assigned To a work order, or who is the Approver on a work order.
Watchers can be groups of individuals such as "Managers" or "Purchasing", or can be a group of individuals that would like to keep track of the progress.
You can easily add as many watchers as you'd like from the side menu on a work order if enabled for you.
