Hello everyone! do you Have lots of leftover eggwhites?
Then these recipe is perfect for you! It's so fluffy and soft angel cake that make from Pancake flour.
Pre heat your oven at 170*
190~200 eggwhite + 70 gram sugar
100 gram pancake flour
40 ml milk
50ml your favorite oil
( you can use butter if you want deep flavor, just melt )
If lemon is available , few drops
30 gram sugar+ 30 gram eggwhites
Optional add drops of vanilla essence
This si really delicious and super soft to eat!
