A strange moment in downtown Chicago when the Dreadhead Cowboy appeared charging toward police, stopped to hold up a sign, then rode away.
For one brief moment all were dazed by a horse with great temperament, and for one brief moment no one was hurt.
Yes, the mistreatment of the horse is obvious, but to dislike the video is blaming the messenger. I just happened to capture a live feed.
