I've been in a composing slump for a while, and last week I decided to just jolt myself out of it by working on an old-fashioned sonatina -- a first movement that is somewhat petite and contained with a fairly prescribed structure, a slow and beautiful second movement, a lively third movement. Here's the first movement! The second is complete and will be here shortly. I'm still working on the third movement eeeeeek!
