Can you be in the sun on methotrexate and humira? My personal experience

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called psoriatic arthritis in April 2023 and have been taking methotrexate since May 2023. On January 10th 2024 I took my first humira/adalimumab injection and have been taking both medications ever since. A question i get asked quite often is about sun exposure while taking these medications. In this video I discuss my experience with sunlight and sun exposure while taking both methotrexate and humira.
