Welcome to my December Plan With Me! In this video we're continuing our focus on goals to the end of the year. Whether you’re planning for winter, realigning with your goals, or just looking for a functional monthly reset, you’re in the right place. Its a bit of a quick run through this month, not going to lie, its all a bit all over the place this month and I don't feel as organised as usual! Christmas always seems to be a little but like that, but I'm staying on track and excited to get my 2026 planner sorted this month.

Ive realised I totally missed out my journal theme for this month which is a Scandinavian feel with just one colour using tombow 856... sorry but I'll put some photos up instead!
