Take five minutes to soften tension in your neck and shoulders and bring a sense of calm back into your body. This gentle, calming stretch sequence is perfect for moments when you feel tight, stressed, or overwhelmed, and you need a simple reset you can do anywhere.
We’ll move slowly, release stiffness through the neck, shoulders and upper back, and use the breath to help the nervous system settle so your body can relax without force.
Return to this practice whenever your neck feels tight or your shoulders begin to creep upward with stress. Repeat regularly and notice how the benefits build over time.
