Hey everyone, join me on an adventure through the vibrant streets of Chengdu, China! Today, I am exploring local Chengdu breakfast with two iconic locations: the historical Chunxi Street and the modern marvel of the Taikoo Li IFS building.

First stop: Local Chengdu Breakfast
Shop Name: Xiaotan douhua
I tried an excellent Sichuan food, douhua: The Silken Tofu. This shop Xiaotan douhua, is famous amongst locals for breakfast. They mix traditional douhua with noodles and various toppings. I also tried rice dumplings in black sugar; it was gooey from the inside and crunchy from the outside, very less sweet. A new Chinese snack I tried was Oranda, made of Gamtae: seaweed starch.

Next Stop: Chunxi Street! China's most prosperous commercial pedestrian streets, with various kinds of fashionable shopping malls, boutiques, restaurants, hotels, and places for entertainment. It is a must-visit place in Chengdu.

Next up: Taikoo Li IFS
Honestly, I found this street very fancy and modern. In my opinion it can beat the strrets of London or New York. I was awestruck by the architectural masterpiece that is Taikoo Li. This futuristic complex seamlessly blends shopping, dining, and entertainment with stunning glass facades. And, of course, we can't miss the iconic panda sculpture - the perfect spot for a photo op!
