9.  Character Certificate (from School)
10. Passport size photo (8 pcs)
11. Aadhar Card
12. Residential Certificate Necessary for all (CO/SDO/DC)
13. Caste Certificate Only required for BC-1, BC-2, SC, and ST candidates (CO/SDO/DC)
14. EWS Certificate Only required for those “General” candidates who have filled 'YES' in the
EWS quota.
15. Income Certificate Only required for those candidates who have filled ‘YES’ in TFWquota
16. Medical fitness Certificate Only from a doctor having a govt. registration number.
17. Anti-Ragging Certificate
18. Gapping Certificate Only required for those candidates who have taken a gap after
matriculation/intermediate and then appeared for the entrance examination.
