ANDRITZ offers opening and blending equipment (LAROCHE design) to supply a consistent and reliable blend of opened fibers to the web-forming line. It includes:
Weighing hopper feeders: available in working width of 1.20 m and 1.55 m. The production capacity is up to 200 kg/h for the APC 1200 or up to 300 kg/h for the APC 1500
Pre-opener: available in working width of 1.00 m. Production capacity is up to 2.000 kg/h
SuperMix blender for the second blending step: available in 1.2 m and 1.55 m working widths. Production capacity is up to 1.000 kg/h
Fine opener: Working width is 1.0 m and the production capacity up to 1.000 kg/h
Metal detector/separator: Highly sensitive metal detector for automatic removal of contaminated materials
As options, ANDRITZ can also provide a recycling Tower and an oil water lubricating device.
