Hello all and welcome to the first video on my channel!
On today's plate we have the Mot Groove Pro Fu Yao edition in "Photolithographic Red" and "Titanium Coating 2" as per Geeone's website.
There are some interesting differences and minor issues between the 2 not including the color that I point out in this video.
PROS
very good fidget slider overall.
love what they achieved with aesthetic, build quality, and customization.
watch to the end for my rating!
CONS/INCONSISTENCIES
unexpected resin coating on face and back plate of unit (not apparent in pictures).
resin coating causes some imperfections (bubbles and dirt particles).
resin coating is significantly thicker on the "Titanium Coating 2" unit.
"Photolithographic Red" has no resin cover on magnetic plate and feels great, but "Titanium Coating 2" appears to have the base model magnetic plate.
unclear on whether the "Titanium Coating 2" is actually a 2/8 unit - 0 reference on the unit itself inside or out that I can see.
factory box, while shrink wrapped, is apparently opened beforehand and each unit was in a differently branded tear package.
authenticity card states units are the "Mot Rhythm Pro" but has the correct unit art on them.
While the list of "cons" may be long, they are very minor. For a product of this quality I feel it's fair to be critical and at least have some answers to these inconsistencies.
I plan to reach out to Geeone to see if they have any answers and will go from there. Either way, great product and I do highly recommend if you can get for a fair price!
Feast on!!
