This is a short video for people looking for advice on going from riding on your knees to standing up; basically, how to stand up on a wingfoil board. Most people figure this out very early on, but I can say that I personally blew at least an hour on this really simple first step. It’s really important to be perpendicular to the board and ride it from the kneeling position as though you were standing. Also, wait for a little gust to let your wing help pull you up, like getting a hand standing up.
