This video provides a progress update on our ongoing data centre decommissioning project.
The exterior works are now fully completed, and internal strip-out is progressing quickly: floors are being removed, equipment has been disconnected, and pipework, cabling and infrastructure systems are being dismantled.
Our team follows a structured and efficient workflow — clearing the space first, then removing internal walls, and finally extracting machinery using compact forklifts.
The data hall featured in this video is now around 90% complete and is being returned to a clean concrete shell, ready for the client to prepare the building for its next stage of redevelopment.
