A short documentary on animal rights campaigner Brigitte Stevens and her Wombat Awareness Organisation. The organisation is run by Brigitte and Biologist Clare Jans, who have dedicated their lives to the protection of the Southern Hairy-nosed wombats. Whilst running the sanctuary for injured and orphaned wombats they are also one of the few voices advocating for the protection of the species against farmers and governmental indifference.
