The PC port for this game is interesting. It's cool that you can split up the mouse and keyboard into two different players, but only a fraction of the minigames from the Wii version are actually present. Most of this "speedrun" is just waiting for timed minigames to end.
Sub-23 is definitely possible with better menuing.
